Beitragvon guidom » 12.04.2007, 09:22

Got a K&N Induction kit installed last week.
I modified the engine cover so that it fits again.

a: it's just an different air filter so I don't think this is a problem.
b: It gives you a little bit more power in mid and hi revs.

Perhaps a little more power in the higher revs, but probably less torque!

And how about the consumption...?

As I see well, the tube is made of iron? This will get hot very soon..., not at all good for the perfs!

little more torque in low revs, but it's all just notisable

don't know about fuel consumption yet, will let you know.

The tube is from stainless steal and it doesn't get very hot, you can easily though it after a long ride.
