Thanks Guidom, looks awesome. 6psi boost sounds kinda human to me, would be interested in if he reduced the compression. 95 to 100 bhp sounds awesome. Do you know how much bhp the engine of the Daihatsu Gtti performs? Damn, looking forward to the dyno results. cheers mate.

He was considering changing pistons (if he finds any) and increase boost upto 12psi.

Just can't keep my eyes of the pics, still fascinated by the idea to put on a turbo to the aygo. The Car is a right-hand-drive, from Malta? Wondering if they got something like our Tüv I don't think you would get a mot approval wihtout bigger breaks.
I just discoverd, that he got a not original rev counter, looks pretty cool.
He took the turbo from a daihatsu, so in effect it's nearly a original Toyota why can't toyota realize such ideas

Just found a pic of a Daihatsu Charade Turbo engine , with got the hitachi IHI RHB32, th engine produces about 68hp (sounds like Aygo-power )
@5500rpm and 106Nm of torque @3200 rpm and a boost about 7psi.

Here is another guy, this time in Poland that has put a turbo on his aygo. He isn't finished yet (some problems with the ECU, and fuel) but I like where this is going. Which company has the brains to make a nice all worked out turbo package for the Aygo, 107 and C1? I would buy it.

der daihatsu charade GTTI hatte 999 ccm, 3 zylinder und 101 ps, wenn ich mich recht erinnere. ein kumpel hatte nämlich einen. gingen ab wie die post die dinger.
