Hi,

I want to install some kind of light-unit in the boot of the car.
I'm thinking of installing a manual switch to the light-unit.
I need a constant plus so that the light in the boot can be switched on at any time.

Last weekend I looked at the wires in the boot of the car, but I'm not really a technician so I'm wondering where I can find a constant plus (12v).

The same question for the front of the car (at the dashbord).
Where can I easily find a constant plus in the front of the car?

Can anybody help me out on this constant plus issue?

Hi REFZ,

Constant 12V can easely be found in the front of the car. Look at the radio connector. BUT all depends on what you want to do with it! The radio wires are thin and may overheat in case you connect a high-power consumer.
